Nutrition and cooking classes to children 4-18: We provide age-appropriate lesson plans including goals, learning objectives, list of supplies, support materials/handouts, and evaluation measures.
• Provide each instructor with kitchen equipment packages: With bowls, pots/pans, portable electric grills, cutting mats, measuring cups, and more, we have the unique flexibility to teach in any setting where there is a sink.
Information sheets for teachers and parents: These describe how to incorporate the recipes and other information in the classroom or at home. During our classes, children are exposed to all aspects of food preparation and sanitation, using knives, reading labels and more. In addition, we deliver lessons on heart health, diabetes prevention, and cancer. wellness.
