After attending New England Culinary Institute, Brooke was a chef in restaurants and with catering companies. She has worked in the food industry for thirty years. After starting a family, she turned to food writing and recipe consulting. Her work has been published in local newspapers and online platforms and she’s contributed to cookbooks and magazines with her recipe expertise. She is an avid promoter of local, seasonal, organic produce and finds joy and inspiration in cooking from what’s in the garden and at the farmers market. Brooke is excited to share her knowledge with Kids Cooking for Life and realizes the great value that teaching children to cook fresh, whole foods can contribute to long term health and wellness.
