Our teaching points are simple and easy to remember. We encourage students to keep the four pillars in their daily food choices and re-think what they eat and drink. Students are encouraged to choose home cooking with the family over processed or take out food.

Our recipe development team is comprised of nutritionists, dietitians, culinary aficionados, parents and youths who develop easy and delicious recipes that embrace easy substitutions, and variations. Cooking should not be complicated!
