Lara Rajninger Honored with Prestigious Community Leadership Award

Lucy, Executive Director and Professor at the Institute for Leadership Studies, honoring Rajninger’s “exceptionally dedicated leadership and significant positive community impact. ” The recognition highlights her commitment to inspiring others, fostering belonging, and creating a lasting legacy of community engagement.

For approximately 10 years, Rajninger has partnered with Dominican University to provide hands-on internship opportunities for business leadership students. These collaborations have strengthened Kids Cooking For Life while giving students meaningful, real-world experience.
