KATHLEEN PETERSON
Instructor
Kathleen’s love for food and health started with her mom and grew through baking from a young age. She has always loved finding little ways to make recipes healthier while still keeping them simple, realistic, and enjoyable. Kathleen recently graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Food Systems and Nutrition, and is also a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She believes that food is medicine and is passionate about helping people better understand nutrition in a way that feels approachable and accessible. Through cooking and nutrition education, Kathleen hopes to help kids and families feel more confident in the kitchen and excited about nourishing themselves.
