Mango Sorbet
This quick, no cook dessert uses a blender and is ready in under 2 minutes. It's a refreshing and nutritious sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen mangoes
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 large lemon
Directions
- Toss the mangoes in a blender.
- Pour in the water then squeeze the juice of the lemon directly into the blender.
- Blend the mixture thoroughly until no mango chunks are remaining and the consistency is smooth.
- Serve the mango sorbet immediately for the best flavor, ideally within 5 minutes of blending. Enjoy!
