Mango Sorbet

This quick, no cook dessert uses a blender and is ready in under 2 minutes. It's a refreshing and nutritious sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen mangoes
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 large lemon

Directions

  1. Toss the mangoes in a blender.
  2. Pour in the water then squeeze the juice of the lemon directly into the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture thoroughly until no mango chunks are remaining and the consistency is smooth.
  4. Serve the mango sorbet immediately for the best flavor, ideally within 5 minutes of blending. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitutions and variations:

  1. Try using lime instead of lemon juice
  2. Top with fresh raspberries or a sauce of pureed fresh raspberries
