Integrative Chef and Nutritionist Sky Hanka's philosophy around health is deeply rooted in food as medicine, honoring both science and spirit in cultivating wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition, a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. In the kitchen, she offers a conscious, restorative, and functional approach to cooking an approach she has cultivated during her many years teaching culinary classes, working in farm-to-table restaurants, and managing her own health imbalances. Currently, she teaches part-time at the Culinary Institute of America and provides culinary and nutrition consulting, while working towards her Culinary Nutrition Specialist credentials. Skyler coordinates the Together We Cook program, which utilizes our curriculum, on-site mentoring and remote guidance to elevate existing cooking programs at a variety of sites.
