Caramelized Cinnamon Bananas with Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into ½-inch slices
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
Directions
- Place a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add the 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Stir until the butter has melted and everything is combined.
- Carefully place the 2 sliced bananas in the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for about 3–5 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Use a spatula or tongs to gently flip each banana slice.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the second side is golden and the bananas are soft.
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Divide the 2 cups Greek yogurt evenly between 6 bowls.
- Spoon the warm cinnamon bananas over the yogurt.
- Serve right away.
