Chocolate "New-tella" Spread/Dip

Chocolate "New-tella" Spread/Dip
This innovative spread is a wonderful alternative to the sugar-filled chocolate hazelnut spread. Use it as a crepe filling or slathered on whole grain toast or crachers.
Ingredients
- 1 can white or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or ½ teaspoon sea salt)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Drain and rinse beans well. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth like brownie batter.
- Spread “nutella” on the crepe, add strawberries and fold. Serve.
